Flying Dreams Workshop at the Residuoteca

The Flying Dreams Workshop at the Residuoteca brought together local community members for a full day of reflective and creative work. This workshop was held at the Residuoteca, a collective project for management, learning, and research on waste in the Tigre Delta.
The day began with an introductory talk where the activists shared their experience in waste sorting and recycling. Then, Juan delGado invited participants to collaboratively create hanging artworks using recovered plastics.
The workshop concluded with a space for exchange and reflection, where personal experiences and concerns about the future of the ecosystem were shared.
This photo book documents the Flying Dreams Workshop at the Residuoteca, led by artist Juan delGado and activists Guadalupe Boado and Inés Mengido. The workshop took place in the Tigre Delta (Argentina – March 2025) as part of the “Reimagining Wetlands” project.
